University Welcome Day for Doctoral Students 2012

The University Welcome Day provides an introduction to the university and information about third cycle studies - and thereby serves as a supplement to local introductions arranged by faculties and departments. The day also offers a unique opportunity to meet doctoral students from all over the university.

The University Welcome Day is held in English for all doctoral students at all faculties – both newly and previously admitted. At some faculties the University Welcome day is a mandatory and integrated part of the introduction arranged by the faculty. Other newly admitted doctoral students at the university are strongly recommended to participate. Talk to your faculty office for more information about how the introduction is arranged at your faculty.

Some food and refreshments will be served after the two hour programme.

Doctoral students with an employment shall also take part of the mandatory introductory course for staff members.
